We make books and stickers for children, so we keep the data we collect to what is needed and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Your child's name, age and the photo you upload; your email address, when you ask for your child's portrait, place an order or ask for a coloring-book PDF (the download link is sent there); the details needed to deliver your order (name, email and shipping address, for printed books); and basic technical information such as the pages visited on our site. We do not collect payment card numbers: payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use your child's photo

We use the photo only to create your child's character and the pages of your book or the sheets of your stickers. From the photo we draw an illustrated character — your child in our storybook style — and we use it to place your child in every page or sticker. We never sell it or use it in advertising or on our social media.

Your email address

If you give us your email to receive your child's portrait (for example when you create stickers), we use it for three things only: to send you the portrait, to send you a link to pick up what you started, and to send you one reminder about a day later if you have not ordered. We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your address for advertising. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link: once you use it, we send you nothing more. We also use your email for your receipt, your download link and updates about your order; those messages are about your order, not marketing.

Who helps us

To make and deliver your order we share the minimum necessary with: Stripe, which processes payments; Resend, which sends our emails; Printful, which prints and ships the printed books; and AI image services (OpenAI and Google), which receive the photo, the illustrated character and the book or sticker pages in order to draw them. We use the paid versions of these services; Google states that, under its paid terms, it does not use the content we send to improve its products, and keeps it only for a limited time to detect misuse. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your illustrated character and your order information for as long as needed to create, deliver and support your order. If you start a book or stickers but do not order, we delete your child's saved portrait, the details you gave and your email address after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on a do-not-email list, so that we do not write to you again. The photo you upload is used only to draw the character and is not kept afterwards. You can ask us to delete your child's photo, character and book or stickers at any time by writing to us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of each one. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you: write to us and we will answer within a reasonable time.

Children

Our site is for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
